• All online orders with a minimum value of ₹249 are eligible for processing.
• The typical processing time ranges from 1 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
• During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Please note that the first day of processing is considered the next business day after your order is placed.
• Customers are encouraged to verify the accuracy of their shipping and contact details at the time of order placement, as modifications to address or contact information can only be accommodated prior to dispatch. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be altered.

Delivery Timeframes

Once processed, orders are dispatched through our trusted domestic logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 9 business days, depending on the destination. While Orgamee endeavors to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including courier logistics, public holidays, or natural events. Customers are requested to track their orders using the tracking information provided via email or SMS.

Bulk Orders and Special Requests

For bulk orders, corporate gifting, or retail purchases, customers are encouraged to contact us at business@orgamee.com. Bulk orders require full payment before processing and may have a lead time of up to 7 business days. While we strive to accommodate special delivery requests, such as specific delivery times or expedited shipping, these requests are subject to courier partner capabilities and cannot be guaranteed.

Coupons

Customers may receive promotional items or discount coupons based on order value, product selection, or ongoing offers. Please note that discount coupons cannot be combined, and a maximum of one coupon code may be applied per order.

Cancellation

No Refund Policy

All orders placed on Orgamee are final. Once an order is confirmed and processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Order cancellations after processing
• Incorrect size, fragrance, or color preference
• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
• Dislike of product packaging, fragrance, or appearance

Customers are strongly encouraged to review product details, ingredients, and specifications carefully before placing an order. A patch test is recommended for products applied to the skin.

 Order Cancellation

• Unprocessed Orders: Customers may request cancellation within 5 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Full refunds for such orders will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processed Orders: Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled. Any requests to cancel a processed order will not be accommodated.
