No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Orgamee are final. Once an order is confirmed and processed, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind
Preference for fragrance, color, or packaging
Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before completing your purchase.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective during transit.
To request a return:
Contact Orgamee Customer Support within 72 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification
Return the product within 3 days of receiving return authorization
Once verified, Orgamee will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Unprocessed Orders
Orders that have not yet entered processing may be canceled within 5 hours of placement. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processed Orders
Orders that have already entered processing cannot be canceled. In rare cases, Orgamee may issue a credit note of equivalent value, redeemable on future purchases at www.orgamee.com.
Cancellation & Return Charges
A ₹50 processing fee applies to cancellations of processed orders
A ₹100 handling fee applies to returns once the order has left the warehouse
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
Additional or Rare Charges
In rare cases, minimal charges such as courier surcharges or handling fees may apply. These are unavoidable and not eligible for refunds. Wherever possible, Orgamee will inform customers of such charges before order confirmation.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Reviewing product information thoroughly before purchase
Performing patch tests before using skincare or haircare products
Orgamee does not accept returns, exchanges, or credits for issues arising from incorrect usage, allergic reactions, or personal preferences.
